With the aim of combating breaches of the model 231, breaches of European Union laws, and relevant conduct according to Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Società Ceretto srl have established a dedicated channel aimed at allowing internal parties (e.g. employees) and external parties (e.g. suppliers) to report any relevant unlawful conduct according to the Whistleblowing Decree (Legislative Decree No 24/2023). The Supervisory Board is tasked with managing the reports in fulfilment of Legislative Decree No 24/2023. It undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the reporter, the report, and the parties involved in it.
