At Ceretto, we bring together a diverse range of professionals. Some tend to the vineyards, others work in the cellar crafting and ageing our wines, while others ensure quality through careful laboratory analysis. Others manage logistics, administration, and distribution, and others lead our communications. Together, we are a large team, enriched by experiences and perspectives from different fields and countries.

Different backgrounds merges into shared cultures. Today, our team brings together people from around ten countries. To support this diversity, some of our buildings and farmhouses, located between Castellinaldo, Albaretto Torre, Diano d’Alba and Alba, have been restored and turned into homes. These are designed for our employees and their families, fully integrated into the fabric of the local community. It’s a simple way to work better together and share a sense of belonging to the same place — even for those far from home.

Family stories
This is a family story, and we consider ourselves a family of the Langhe hills. Our identity, commitment to quality, and respect for the UNESCO landscape all stem from our pioneering choices in the vineyards of Langhe and Roero. Today, we continue to cultivate, create, and innovate, in our wines, in the cuisine of Piazza Duomo, La Piola, and Le Brunate, and in the artistic projects that accompany us. An evolving journey, always guided by the spirit of the Langhe.
