Vision
We are patrons of the arts, torrone lovers, storytellers, and wine producers. We have always believed that caring for the land, listening to the seasons, and nurturing ideas can generate shared value. For us, this is where everything begins. It is not just about work in the vineyard and the cellar. Care, consistency, and openness to experimentation go hand in hand: we know this vision contributes both to our world and to the local community.
The connection between wine and art
Longevity, the ability to evoke emotion, to create lasting memories, and to offer experiences that capture the essence of a place. This is what we believe wine and art have in common. This passion began with the Cappella del Barolo, a visionary project that transformed a rural building into a work of art and has since become a recognised symbol of the Langhe. From there, we began collaborating with internationally renowned artists, inviting them to draw inspiration from the landscape, its history, and its identity.
Our social responsibiliy
Preserving a place also means caring for the people who live and work there every day. In Langhe and Roero, several buildings have been restored and transformed into real homes designed to welcome those who come from abroad to work with us and, in many cases, choose to stay. In this way, places of production become places of life, and work becomes a relationship.
The first three-star Michelin restaurant in the Langhe
This story began with a meeting of minds. On one side, the Ceretto family; on the other, Enrico Crippa, then a rising star of Italian cuisine with a rigorous philosophy centred on ingredient quality. In 2003, a transformative tasting marked the beginning of a shared vision. From that moment on, we began building our dream: to create in the Langhe a gastronomic experience capable of reaching the highest levels of excellence, while remaining deeply rooted in its territory. In 2005, this vision took shape in the heart of Alba, growing year after year until it was awarded three Michelin stars in 2012.

Family stories
This is a family story, and we consider ourselves a family of the Langhe hills. Our identity, commitment to quality, and respect for the UNESCO landscape all stem from our pioneering choices in the vineyards of Langhe and Roero. Today, we continue to cultivate, create, and innovate, in our wines, in the cuisine of Piazza Duomo, La Piola, and Le Brunate, and in the artistic projects that accompany us. An evolving journey, always guided by the spirit of the Langhe.
