Food stories
Food is wine’s natural companion. Together, they capture the essence of the Langhe. Over the years, we have developed gastronomic projects that interpret the region through different yet complementary expressions. From restaurants to confectionery creations, each initiative stems from a desire to celebrate the culture and richness of the Langhe, offering experiences that bring together taste and identity.
Relanghe
Relanghe is an artisan boutique founded in 1994 with the aim of reinventing torrone (nougat) using locally grown hazelnuts. Today, the "Nocciola Piemonte IGP" is regarded as one of Italy’s finest ingredients and continues to inspire our creations, from our most classic recipes to Enrico Crippa’s hazelnut cake at Piazza Duomo.
Le Brunate
A new place in the Langhe overlooking the Brunate vineyard in La Morra. This venue was created from the desire to open a restaurant entirely dedicated to wine. In the kitchen, the contemporary host prepares a menu that changes every day, using seasonal ingredients and high-quality products from local suppliers.
La Piola
La Piola embodies the quintessential Piedmontese food tradition; situated in Alba’s main square, it is designed to offer the everyday comfort and warmth of home. Here, we put our own spin on the culinary history of the Langhe, with the aim of celebrating the region’s gastronomic recipes.
Piazza Duomo
Piazza Duomo is the result of a dream, the dedication and tenacity of the Ceretto family, and a rising star of Italian cuisine, Enrico Crippa. Bruno Ceretto and the chef met in 2003, and it all began with a taste of a Malghesino brittle. Right from the start, their vision was clear and their goal shared: to bring three Michelin stars to Alba, the capital of the Langhe.
